Standing out in Shanghai’s bluechip Jing’an district is not an easy task with its trendy streets of upscale shops, eateries and offices. Vanke Oriental One is a premium multi-use development seeking to make its mark amongst the very best Shanghai has to offer. Stack Studio was appointed to apply their high-end expertise to Oriental One’s luxury residences including show-flats and penthouses.
The aim of the design is to create a classic contemporary style with a twist to distinguish itself from the crowd. Marketed at the city’s elites, each show-flat is designed to target different demographics, stretching their appeal from young couples to retirees. This development is a statement piece for the client – communicating its brand values and dedication to design excellence – setting a benchmark for their future developments.
