Arguably the most prestigious address in the city, One Circular Quay, poised to become one of the most luxurious hotel and multi-residential developments in Australia as it builds up a new cultural and creative precinct to complement the strong characters already existing within Circular Quay and The Rocks, covering an area of 4,040m².
The overall development is a collaborative project comprising some of the industry’s leading architectural consultants,
accomplishing a 26 Level Hotel and a Multi-Residential Tower with over 190 units.
Stack’s scope covers the hotel tower public area and guest rooms; and the residential tower covering public areas, residential apartments and a show-flat.
Hotel Interior
One Circular Quay Hotel “Tower B” comprises a sculpted facade that slowly pixelates from the ground up. It’s use of local sandstone pays homage to Sydney’s distinct use of the material in the city’s heritage buildings, as prominently featured within the neighbouring Rocks precinct. The hotel development, given its prime location and views to such Sydney landmarks as the Sydney Opera House and Harbour Bridge, is expected to offer the most luxurious 5-star experience.
Multi-Residential Interior
One Circular Quay multi-residential “Tower A” incorporates the various colours and textures as a response to the development’s unique location between Sydney by Opera House and Harbour Bridge, presenting an elegant and refined addition to Sydney’s skyline. The use of sandstone is an echo-ing of Sydney’s feature sandstone heritage buildings, as prominently featured in the neighbouring Rocks precinct.
